  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)



  1. Preheat your oven to 350º.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until they form a paste-like substance.
  3. Add the oats and peanut butter (and optional dairy-free chocolate chips) to the bowl with the bananas and mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. The cookies should stick together well and be slightly browned once fully cooked!
