Working one-on-one gives you the opportunity to have classes that address the areas you are most concerned with paying great attention and detail to your concerns and desires. Primarily offering Vinyasa Yoga classes, learn to develop a stronger mind-body connection while improving flexibility and strength through fluid movement. Each custom private class includes a free consultation to assure that all needs of the student are met, as well as all props brought directly to the student’s home. Available for traditional Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga for Athletes, and clients with limited mobility.
Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners
Learn to develop clear and safe alignment in foundational poses to get out of your head and into your body and your breath. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Unite your movement with your breath in this vigorous, ultimate mind-body experience. Power Vinyasa sessions are typically 60 to 75-minutes of fast-paced, moving, designed to built heat and strength. This total-body workout creates longer, leaner muscles, improves circulation, and helps you feel strong, flexible, balanced, and ready to conquer anything.
Yoga for Athletes
Improve balance, stability, strength, flexibility, and range of motion. This custom class offers accessible alignment principles and highly effective strengthening and stretching exercises that are key to all the demands of an elite athlete, no matter what sport you are involved in. This class will offer useful tools to further your athletic endeavors, resulting in better performance, success in training, competing, and all throughout life.
This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within both familiar and new poses. This 60-minute flow will introduce practitioners to different biomechanics to help students understand the anatomy and intelligent integration of the body, to broaden the range of capabilities of each student through the instruction of alignment and breath.
This class is for those who struggle to get up and down from the floor and prefer a chair for their main seat. With the support of a chair, this class will change your body and your mind by strengthening, stretching, relaxing, and breathing as your body and spirit learn to work in harmony.
Quiet your mind, relieve aches, slow down and nourish yourself. This class is a blend of gentle vinyasa and restorative yoga focused on self-care. Learn to reduce and manage stress and anxiety with a private restorative class of either 60 or 75-minutes.
